The Super Grunt offers much more flexibility and control over your sound than the Original or MkII Grunt pedals gave. The same circuit as the original Grunt creating that warm, powerful, boosted tone but with the addition of a level control to tame the output and a variable drive to dial in the amount of grit desired. An now having an added tone control gives you so many more possibilities than any other passive effect pedal has before.
Not only is the SuperGrunt capable of delivering a warm, valve sounding overdrive, it can also fatten up and sustain your bass notes.
Due to the popularity of the Original Grunt and the MkII, a mini toggle switch has been supplied to access these great tones, or select “SUPER” for the new snarl of the next generation of passive designs.
